Questions
- Do my listeners need an account?
- No. They open the link and press play. If they leave a note, we just ask for a name.
- Do you compress my audio?
- No. We store and stream the exact file you uploaded. If a browser can't decode a format, we say so rather than silently converting.
- Can I stop someone from listening?
- Yes. Every link has an off switch, and you can make a separate link per person.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes. Indie and Pro start with 10 days free, and you can cancel any time from your account.
- Do prices include tax?
- No. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe, which issues your receipts and invoices.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Your audio stays put. Passwords already set keep working, and you can't add new ones or see insights until you upgrade again.
