HitHat

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 September 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you and Aya Labs B.V. (“HitHat”). By creating an account or using a share link you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the audio, artwork, and text you upload. You give HitHat only the limited permission needed to store your content and deliver it to you and to the people you share it with.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for who you share links with. Anyone holding an active link can listen, so share them with care.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to share, content that is unlawful, or malware. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people's projects. We may suspend accounts that do.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on HitHat infringes your copyright, email hello@ayalabs.xyz with the link and proof of ownership. We will review it and remove infringing material.

Plans and storage

The free plan includes a storage allowance shown in the app. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Availability

HitHat is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. HitHat is not a backup: keep your own copies of your files.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, HitHat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
